My own journey to that ancient wisdom began closer to home — and closer to the heart. When menopause arrived, it brought with it the brain fog, the short temper, the complete exhaustion coupled with sleepless nights that so many of us know all too well. I needed relief. I tried the traditional medical route, but my symptoms persisted. So I did what any determined woman does — I started researching.
What I discovered were time-honored traditions of using essential oils and botanicals that women had relied upon for centuries.* And the deeper I explored, the more I realized these ancient remedies extended far beyond menopause — they offered a whole new way of tending to our homes, our bodies, and the ones we love—including our beloved pets.
